1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. The Licensor (owner of ForClasses/Moy Klass) processes personal data of various categories of personal data subjects using personal data information systems (Users).

1.2. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, acting freely, by his own will and in his interest, expresses his consent to the following data, but not limited to them: their personal data, including Last Name, First Name, Patronymic, e-mail address, contact phone number, region for their processing by the Licensor.

1.3. The list of actions with personal data to which the User expresses his consent: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, transfer to third parties for the above purposes, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by applicable law RF both non-automated and automated methods.

1.4. In accordance with the current legislation, when organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data, the Licensor is guided by the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY LICENSOR.

For the purposes of these Privacy Terms, personal information means:

2.1. Information (including, but not limited to, personal data) that the User independently provides to the Licensor when performing actions aimed at Registration in the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program, or as part of its use (including creating an account, Account, contacting support service), as well as in the case of using other services and services provided on this site (for example, receiving news and advertising messages from the Licensor). Information is provided by the User filling out the relevant forms, while the amount of information provided when filling out the optional fields of these forms is determined by the User independently.

2.2. Information received automatically ("passive" way), incl. but not limited to:
— visited pages;
— the number of page visits;
— duration of the user session;
— entry points (third-party sites from which the user follows a link to the Company's sites);
— exit points (links on the Company's websites, through which the user goes to third-party websites);
— country of the user;
— user's region;
— user provider;
— user's browser;
— user system languages;
— OS of the user;
— user screen resolution;
— number of user screen colors.

Data can be obtained using various methods, such as cookies and file web beacons, etc. The Licensor may use third-party Internet services to organize the collection of statistical personal data, third-party Internet services store the received data on their own servers. The Licensor is not responsible for the localization of servers of third-party Internet services. The licensor does not compare the information provided by the user independently and allowing to identify the subject of personal data with statistical personal data obtained in the course of using such passive methods of collecting information.

2.3. User data - any information uploaded (entered) by the User into the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program.

2.4. Other information about the User that the Licensor receives solely for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy.

3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION.

The collection, storage and processing of the information specified in section 2 of this Privacy Policy is carried out solely for the following specific purposes:
— to identify the User when using the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program and grant the User the right to use the Program;
— to personalize the accounting of visits (including for the purpose of providing personalized services to the User) and registration of the User's actions;
— to interact with the User within the framework of contracts or agreements concluded with the Licensor, namely, sending notifications regarding the use of the Program; preparing and sending responses to the User's requests; etc.
— conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data (including to find out the opinion of Users about various products and services provided by the Licensor),
— to send news and advertising messages to the User on behalf of the Licensor; sending information about the products and services of the Licensor; sending information about events held by the Licensor;
— providing the User with the opportunity to add custom components to the Program (extensions (components) developed and offered for installation by third parties that provide access to information or services of third parties, or transfer to third-party resources), or use them to transfer to third-party resources .

4. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING THE USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES.

4.1. Storage (including modification and deletion) of Users' personal information is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program, as well as the License Agreement for its use.

4.2. Disclosure of personal information to third parties is carried out in the following cases:

— The User has expressed his/her consent to such disclosure in advance.
— The transfer is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which the User is a party or beneficiary or guarantor, as well as to conclude an agreement on the initiative of the User or an agreement under which the User will be the beneficiary or guarantor.
— The transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Licensor or third parties in cases where the User violates the copyrights of the Licensor and / or the relevant License Agreement.
— The transfer is necessary to connect and / or register third-party software products in the name of the User or the organization whose interests the User represents.
— The transfer is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a judicial act, an act of another body or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation on enforcement proceedings or other cases provided for by the current legislation.

When processing personal data of Users, the Licensor is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data".

5. THIRD PARTY APPS.

5.1. The Licensor allows the User in the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program to download, purchase, install and evaluate third party products and services compatible with the ForClasses/Moy Klass Program (the "Applications").

5.2. When connecting the Applications, the regulation of the issue of confidentiality of Personal Information transferred by the User to the developers of third-party products and services lies entirely with the specified third-party developer and is subject to the terms of the relevant documents on the confidentiality of Personal Information.

5.3. By installing and using the Applications in one form or another, the User grants the Licensor permission to provide access for these Applications to the User's data. The Licensor does not bear any responsibility for the disclosure, modification or deletion of the User's data as a result of such access.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

6.1. The Licensor does not initiate the placement of personal information when using ForClasses/Moy Klass Program, does not control its accuracy and relevance, however, ForClasses/Moy Klass reserves the right to require confirmation of the accuracy of the information transmitted to it by the User.

6.2. When placing (providing to the Licensor) personal information of third parties, the User guarantees that he has received all the necessary permissions and consents for these actions, and also guarantees the full and unconditional consent of these persons with all the provisions of these Privacy Terms.

6.3. The Licensor is not responsible for the collection, storage and processing of personal information by third-party software (Applications) connected by the User in his Account in ForClasses/Moy Klass Program.

6.4. The Licensor cannot maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal information, public access to which is provided by the User himself due to the possible functional purposes of some parts of ForClasses/Moy Klass Program. The User agrees that when using such parts of the Program, a certain part of his personal information becomes available to an unlimited number of people.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1 The Licensor undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the above personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS.

8.1. This consent is valid for the entire period of use by the User of ForClasses/Moy Klass Program, as well as the services provided on the sites of ForClasses/Moy Klass. The User understands and agrees that in the event of withdrawal of this consent, he loses the opportunity to use part or all of the services of the Program, as well as the services provided on the websites of ForClasses/Moy Klass.

8.2. The Licensor has the right to unilaterally, without the approval and notification of the Users, supplement and change this Privacy Policy. Changes come into force from the moment they are published ForClasses/Moy Klass on it's the website. The user is obliged to independently monitor the current version of this Privacy Policy.

8.3. This is the english version of Privacy Policy of Moy Klass Program, provided on the direct website of Moy Klass. The provisions of Privacy Policy of Moy Klass program should be considered as priority.
